return flight!

so, very little has been going on with me here. i bought some DVDs, so i have spent quite a bit of my free time watching the golden girls. i also got to see slumdog millionaire and the reader, which were both fantastic if you haven't seen them yet. 

anyways, i've been in kind of a funk since i've gotten back because i miss everyone from home so much. it's absurd the amount of time i spend day dreaming about our river trips this summer. apparently there's this place in laos where everyone just floats the river and gets absurdly drunk. on the one hand i super want to go, but on the other i know it could never live up to being on the river with my summer 08 crew, so why bother? anyways, it's time to mark your calendars. i'll be flying home on thursday, july 23rd. as next year is still somewhat up in the air i don't know when exactly i'll be returning to china, so we don't have to think about that date yet (unless you are tracey, banana or erin... then you should be thinking about the date that we are all flying to china together... :))

only 5 more months til we're yelling free sex on the river again!
